I was born in 28 July 1972 at Trichur, the eldest son of Joseph Alappat and Alice Joseph. Siju
and Bincy are my bother and sister respectively. Simpson is my brother in law and Joe is my nephew. When I was five
years old I started my studies. My lower primary study was at St. Claras L.P School, Trichur. In 1981 I entered St. Thomas'
High School, Trichur for my Upper Primary and high school studies. The year 1987 is very much important to my life because
in that year I finished my high school studies and joined in St. Marys Minor Seminary Thope, Trichur. During this period I
have done my Pre- Degree studies. My philosophy study was at St. Thomas Apostolic Seminary, Kottayam. At the same time I graduated
in Philosophy from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. Then according to the Archdiocesan custom, as a regency period, I
was appointed as assistant to Manager and hostel Warden of St. Josephs Model English Medium High School, Kuriachira. I received
Priestly habit from late Archbishop Mar. Joseph Kundukulam, in 1994. After the vestition I started my Theology studies at
St. Josephs Pontifical Seminary, Aluva. At last the day has come, 27 December 1997, Archbishop Mar. Jacob Thoomkuzhy ordained
me as a Priest of Christ. I served St. Johns Forane church,Parappur and St. Antonys
Forane church , Ollur, as assistant Parish Priest respectively. In 1999 I was appointed as Father Prefect at Marymatha
Major Seminary, Trichur. I secured Ph. D in Media Communication from Holy Cross University , Rome.
